Free Teacher AI Toolkit
Hong Kong schools are pushing AI, but many teachers do not need jargon. They need safe, copyable, time-saving uses for everyday work: lesson prep, differentiated worksheets, follow-up after marking, parent messages and speaking practice.
No prompt-engineering course. Paste one practical prompt into the AI tool you already have, then edit it.
Use AI first for planning, rewriting, differentiation and feedback drafts; anonymise sensitive data.
Turn common errors into next-lesson reteaching tasks, correction questions and group work.
Any Hong Kong secondary teacher can use it right away and share it with the department. When a school wants it across all teachers, we quote a batch licence.
Mark your own classes and share it with your school — completely free.
All teachers, no fair-use cap, plus on-site setup, dedicated support and teacher training.

No — school marking standards are optional. Without them, marking follows the official criteria; upload them (PDF, Word or photo) and wherever they differ from the official criteria, your school’s version takes precedence.
Marking is strictly criterion-referenced, item by item, with an evidence quote and a confidence value for every mark; uncertain scripts are collected into a review queue for you. Every assessment is accuracy-validated by serving teachers against their own marking before release — and the teacher is always the final decision-maker.
So that every teacher can get through, the free tier has fair-use limits: up to 50 PDFs per IP per day and 50 pages per PDF. A typical class of 30–40 scripts fits comfortably within a day. School batch licences are exempt.
Uploaded papers, marking standards and student scripts are never shared and never used to train any public model, and are handled under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. No login or account is needed — uploads are processed transiently and cleared within 24 hours.
LMS integration is to be introduced to the public soon — importing class rosters and assignments, and syncing grades back with one click. For now you can export to Excel/CSV and import into your existing school system.
